Therapy works best when it remains thoughtful, personalized, and guided by the needs of the client. This practice is intentionally structured around privacy, flexibility, autonomy, and individualized care.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan

I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM). 

Your financial responsibility will depend on your individual plan and may include a deductible, copayment, or coinsurance. Because coverage varies by plan, I encourage you to confirm your outpatient mental health benefits directly with BCBSM.

Private Pay & Other Insurance

Many clients prefer private pay for the additional privacy and flexibility it provides.

For insurance plans with which I am not in network, I can provide documentation upon request that you may submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. 

Session Fee

My fee is $180 for a 50-minute session. For private-pay sessions, payment is typically processed after each session using the card securely kept on file.
